What if I want to cancel the appointment?

If you want to cancel your appointment entirely, you have to notify us 24 hours in advance to get 100% of your deposit back. After 1 hour has passed since your appointment time, if we have not received any communication, we will cancel your appointment, and you will lose 100% of your deposit.
