If you do not have an appointment yet:
Is there an age limit?
If you are under 18, a legal guardian has to accompany you throughout the appointment, and co-sign paperwork with you.
Do you guys do walk-ins or is an appointment required?
Walk-ins are always welcome. However, to avoid potential time conflicts with pre-existing appointments, we recommend you book a consultation appointment in order to discuss your tattoo ideas timely and efficiently!
Do I need to put in a deposit?
Yes. We require every client to put in a deposit to lock in a desired time and date for their tattoo appointment. Because our artists have to allot hours, even days at a time to draft up, design your tattoos, and have that time unavailable to other customers, deposits act as a guarantee that customers will show up and be ready for the appointment.
What is the minimum price for a tattoo?
Our minimum is 500,000 VNĐ. We take pride in our meticulous preparation, and that includes our tools, in which most of them are single-use.
If you have booked an appointment:
What if I’m running late to an appointment?
We understand that circumstances might cause you to run late to an appointment, so we hope that you can notify us as soon as possible.
After 30 minutes, we reserve the right to move your appointment to another time.
What if I cannot show up to the appointment?
If you cannot make it to an appointment, please notify us immediately, so we can reschedule for a future date.
After 1 hour has passed since your appointment time, if we have not received any communication, we will cancel your appointment, and you will lose 100% of your deposit.
What if I want to cancel the appointment?
If you want to cancel your appointment entirely, you have to notify us 24 hours in advance to get 100% of your deposit back.
After 1 hour has passed since your appointment time, if we have not received any communication, we will cancel your appointment, and you will lose 100% of your deposit.
Important information before an appointment:
What do I have to prepare before a tattoo appointment?
- Make sure your health is in good condition.
- Eat a light meal beforehand.
- Keep your phone fully charged.
- If you can, shower before the appointment – we recommend that you do not shower for 24 hours after the tattoo appointment.
- Bring 1-2 friends to accompany you 😀
What type of clothing should I wear?
Something comfortable, big, and breathable would be best, as it will help lessen the amount of abrasion against the tattooed areas.
When should I NOT get a tattoo?
You should NOT get a tattoo if:
- You just had alcohol and/or other stimulants;
- You are pregnant or just gave birth;
- You are not sure about your tattoo piece;
- If your doctor advised you not to. *
* If you have any questions, kindly inform us, and we will be able to assist you.
Does getting a tattoo hurt a lot?
We would rate the pain a 4/10, but this also hugely depends on one’s skin condition and pain tolerance. The sensation will feel tingly with pain, similar to getting lightly scratched, or running a ballpoint pen on sunburnt skin.
Do you guys use numbing cream?
We do not recommend using any type of numbing cream, as it will affect the skin texture, thus impairing our artists’ ability to work the skin and control the tattoo needle. However, we will provide painkillers to help lessen the pain by half without affecting the tattoo area.
After the tattoo appointment:
How long does it take for a tattoo to heal?
A fresh tattoo will usually take 2-3 weeks to bounce back. However, it will take 4-6 weeks for the skin to develop scabbing and return to its former state. Thus, your skin will take a total of around a month to completely heal.
Why does it itch?
Like how a fresh wound would heal, your skin will develop scabbing 1-2 weeks after the tattoo session, and the scab will peel to reveal new skin. This is completely normal, and you should not scratch or peel the scab. Light tapping is fine!
How do I take care of the tattoo?
After the tattoo session, our artists and staff will guide you through aftercare instructions and treatment cream.
